The 4th Shatin District Primary School STEAM Competition — Bridge Building Contest

n order to deepen students' understanding of fundamental physical principles, including gravity and equilibrium, and to enhance their communication and collaborative skills, our school hosted the 4^th Shatin District Primary School STEAM Competition — Bridge Building Contest on November 22, 2025.

The event was well attended and enthusiastically received, with participating teams diligently constructing their bridge designs. The atmosphere was charged with focus and anticipation during the testing phase, culminating in shared celebration with each successful demonstration of structural integrity.

In preparation for the competition, our school organized preparatory briefings on October 18 and October 25, providing guidance to ensure participants were thoroughly equipped for the challenge ahead.
