Roaming the Backstage of the Travel Industry

Our S4 Tourism and Hospitality Studies students recently participated in the "Behind-the-Scenes Tour of the Tourism Industry" organized by the Tourism Industry Training Advisory Committee. During the activity, students visited the office of Miramar Travel, a leading travel agency, to observe its daily operations firsthand.
Through professional sharing by veteran industry practitioners, students gained valuable insights into the development process of tourism products and the collaboration between frontline sales and back-end support. It was a truly rare and rewarding learning opportunity.
