Thematic Book Exhibition on Mental Health Week

The library held a thematic book exhibition on "Mental Health Week" from 26 February to 8 March. This initiative aimed to enhance students' understanding of mental health, stress, and relaxation techniques. Additionally, a psychological assessment booth was established, allowing students to conduct a simple self-test to evaluate their levels of happiness.
